Direct drive construction and control
The R12 V2 delivers up to 12 Nm directly from the motor shaft. Its encoder provides 2,097,152 positions per revolution and USB operates at 1000 Hz. A carbon-fibre-wrapped rotor and intelligent temperature control support longer sessions. Steering rotation is configurable from 90 to 2700 degrees.
Bottom and front mounting
MOZA specifies a standard four-hole bottom mount and additional front-mounted holes on the R12 V2. This gives cockpit builders a choice between the verified MOZA mounting methods without assuming that a third-party front or side mount uses the same hole pattern. Always match the exact mounting solution to the R12 V2 before installation.
Connections and software
Rear ports cover power, USB, pedals, dashboard, shifter, handbrake and an optional emergency-stop switch. MOZA Pit House handles calibration, steering angle, force-feedback settings, profiles and firmware. The base supports MOZA's quick-release system and compatible steering wheels.
Compatibility
Platform: Windows PC. Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One are supported only when paired with the officially licensed MOZA ESX Steering Wheel. PlayStation is not supported.
Connection and ecosystem: USB to PC, MOZA quick-release and supported MOZA accessories. Third-party cockpit or mount compatibility must be confirmed for the exact mounting solution; do not assume that a generic front or side mount uses the R12 V2 pattern.

Is the MOZA R12 V2 compatible with consoles?
Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One require the licensed MOZA ESX Steering Wheel. Without the ESX wheel, the R12 is PC-only. PlayStation is not supported.
Can I use the MOZA R12 V2 with a TREQ cockpit or mount?
Yes, but the exact TREQ mounting solution matters. TREQ lists the R12 V2 for its dedicated MOZA Mount rather than its generic Front Wheel Mount or Side Mount. Use only a TREQ mounting solution that explicitly supports the R12 V2 mounting pattern; do not assume that a generic front or side mount uses the same pattern.
Can the R12 V2 be front-mounted?
Yes. MOZA confirms that the R12 V2 adds front-mounted holes for optional front-mount installation in addition to its standard four-hole bottom mount.
Which software is used to configure the wheel base?

Does the R12 V2 include a steering wheel, pedals or cockpit mount?
No. This product is the wheel base only. A compatible steering wheel, pedals and any setup-specific cockpit bracket, front mount or desktop clamp are purchased separately unless explicitly included with another product.
